The resource speaker bespeak on the techniques to improve teaching effectiveness; and urged the teachers to take the role of a prime motivator and an efficient counsellor.
He also offered counselling tips to the teachers to be counsellors and mentors, the teachers should attend, listen and impart empathy to the students. He stressed on Don Bosco’s teaching, “It is not enough to love the young; They must know that they are loved.”
The two session workshop was followed by an interactive session. Mr. Toyeto Chishi, Co-ordinator, IQAC, chaired the programme and Ms. Amongla Imsong, Asst Co-ordinator, IQAC delivered the vote of thanks.
